Shipping policy
How quickly will my order be processed?
Pieces in stock are processed and shipped within two working days. If a piece is no longer in stock, we make it especially for you in our atelier. Delivery then takes approximately four weeks.
Once shipped, delivery within the Benelux usually takes two to three working days. For other countries, transit time depends on the destination.
My parcel is delayed, what now?
Please contact us at info@lorevankeer.com and we will follow up with the carrier.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs depend on the destination country and are shown before you check out. Shipping within Belgium is free for orders over €250.
Will I have to pay customs duties?
For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, local taxes and customs clearance fees may apply. These are not included in the price, unless stated otherwise at checkout, and are at your expense. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.
Which carrier delivers my parcel?
Within Belgium, bpost or Mikropakket. Internationally, DHL.
My order is urgent
Please contact us before placing your order and we will do our very best. Any additional shipping costs will be communicated in advance.
Can I collect my online order?
Yes, at our store and atelier in Meise De Beauffortstraat 1, 1860 Meise and/or Antwerp, Steenhouwersvest 26. Select "pick-up" at checkout and wait for our confirmation e-mail before you come by.
I received an incorrect or damaged parcel
Please let us know as soon as possible at info@lorevankeer.com. We will send you a return label and make sure you receive the correct piece as quickly as possible.
