Shipping policy

Your order will be processed within 48hours, during business days. Please note that if the design(s) you have ordered are no longer in stock, a new one / new ones will be made in our atelier especially for you. In that case the delivery will be delivered
within 4 weeks. When items are in stock, orders should arrive within 10 workdays after we have received payment, but may vary depending on the order & destination. Lore Van Keer is not responsible for any delays of your package during delivery, Lore Van Keer has no control over this. By placing an order with us, you accept the risk that your package may be delayed during shipment.

 

HOW ARE SHIPPING COSTS CALCULATED?

The cost of shipping depends on the country of destination and will be calculated for you before check-out. Delivery is always complimentary for orders over 250 euros delivered within Belgium.

 

CUSTOM DUTIES & ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Please note that all international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and/or other additional charges upon arrival in the destination country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

We have no control over these charges, as they are determined by the customs authorities in your country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information about potential fees before placing an order.

By placing an order with us, you agree to cover any such charges that may be incurred upon delivery.

 

WHICH COURIER WILL BE DELIVERING MY PARCEL?

For shipping within Belgium, we work with Bpost or the Mikropakket courier service. For international shipments, our partner is DHL. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

 

MY ORDER IS URGENT, WHAT NOW?

If you have a last-minute gift idea that you want to surprise a loved one with, please contact us. We will do our level best to get your order to its destination in time. Please note that additional shipping costs may be charged.

CAN I COLLECT MY ONLINE ORDER AT A LORE VAN KEER STORE & ATELIER?

Yes, we offer a pick-up service at our Store & Atelier in Brussels (de Beauffortstraat 1, 1860 Meise). Simply select ‘pick-up’ when you check out online. Please wait for the pick-up confirmation e-mail before you stop by. 
Please note: once you have been notified that your jewel is ready, it must be collected within six (6) months. Failure to do so will result in theirrevocable liss of ownership rights.

 

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER, WHAT NOW?

If you have received an incorrect or damaged package, please contact us. We will provide you with a return label and ensure you receive the correct order as soon as possible.

I’D LIKE TO RETURN MY ONLINE ORDER

If you are not fully satisfied with your online order, we provide the following options: an exchange for any jewellery purchased, a voucher exchange or a refund for the piece(s) you wish to return.


Important: these return options are not valid for custom-made jewellery (such as rings),unique pieces and 
stocksale items. 

 

Following delivery, you have the right to open your package and check your purchase. If you wish to make a return, the pieces must be sent back to Lore Van Keer unworn and in the original packaging. If the return does not meet these conditions, we cannot exchange or refund your purchase.


If you wish to return a piece of jewellery, you have 15 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your purchase. Once you have arranged the return, your parcel must reach us within 7 working days for returns within Europe and 14 working days for international returns from the rest of the world. 

You can return your order in person at one of our stores in Antwerp or Brussels (Wolvertem). Discover the opening hours here. We cannot refund or exchange your order immediately in-store, but our customer service will follow up on your return request. If you are unable to visit an LVK store in person, please return your purchase, if possible in the original box, by tracked mail to the following address:

Please note that all return costs are at your expense. If you opt to return a purchase via your local postal service, we recommend that you send the package by registered mail, insured for the full value. We strongly advise you use a shipping service that offers a tracking option, as you are responsible for the package until it has reached us.

Once your return package has reached us in good condition, a refund will be issued within 30 days to the same payment method as originally used. The original shipping charges for your order will also be refunded.

I’D LIKE TO EXCHANGE MY ONLINE ORDER

If you’d like to exchange your online purchase for a different collection style, size or material/colour, please return your original order first and then place a new order for the item you wish to receive instead. Please follow the steps for returning your original order as instructed above or get in touch.
