Return and refund policy

I would like to return my online order

You can withdraw from your online purchase within 15 calendar days of receipt, using the Withdraw from contract here or by e-mail to info@lorevankeer.com. Then return the piece within 14 days, unworn and in its original packaging, to:
Lore Van Keer, De Beauffortstraat 1, 1860 Meise, Belgium
You can also bring it to one of our stores.

Return costs are at your expense. You are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us, so please send it insured and with tracking.

We inspect every return. If the piece shows signs of wear or damage, we will deduct the loss in value.

Once we have received your return, you choose: a voucher, an exchange or a refund to your original payment method.

Bespoke jewellery cannot be returned. This covers pieces with a personal engraving, individually designed pieces and other personal modifications.

In-store purchases
You can exchange an unworn collection piece in store, or convert it into a voucher, within 15 calendar days of purchase with proof of purchase. Refunds are not possible. This arrangement does not apply to bespoke jewellery or discounted items.

Does your piece have a defect? The legal guarantee applies, see article 8 of our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
